Rebisco started out as England Biscuit Factory in 1963, a neighborhood bakeshop in old San Juan. Growing steadily, the company had to move from San Juan to Novaliches, Quezon City to operate in a more spacious factory. In 1972, it acquired a new image and name, becoming Republic Biscuit Corporation that we know today.
